Jim Coleman

BIO

Jim is a Founding Partner in the firm. His practice focuses on all aspects of business law including entity formation, leasing, banking, mergers and acquisitions, startups, and non-profit law. Prior to founding Levy Coleman Brodie, LLP, Jim spent seven years at the California law firm of O’Brien Watters & Davis, LLP, where he was a partner. Prior to that, Jim worked for six years as a certified public accountant in the San Francisco office of KPMG, where he was a supervising senior accountant.

Jim is a current member of the Board of Directors of the Jackson Hole Ski & Snowboard Club, as well as Center Management, Inc., which operates the Snow King Sports and Events Center in Jackson. Jim is married and has one teenage daughter. Jim is an avid skier and road and mountain biker.
